What is a video series?
Nowadays, video needs to be quick and short. Within a few seconds, you have to manage to grab the viewer's attention, otherwise, they will scroll past. But what if someone is really interested in your story? Then a video series (or long-form video) is perfect for making them yearn for more.
Long-form videos are episodes of three minutes or longer, aimed at informing, inspiring, and delving deeper. Think of a series where you explore one topic from different angles: through interviews with experts, a look on location, or conversations with employees.
The most well-known form of this is the (mini) documentary. Ideal for companies that want to share more than can fit in one post or video and really want to build their brand. Because research shows that longer videos are perfect for building loyalty and brand identity.
Tell your story with a video series
A video series appeals to people who are already interested in your organization and want to know more. By regularly sharing episodes, you create engagement and strengthen your brand.
Additionally, video series give you the opportunity to delve deeper into a topic and showcase multiple perspectives. Perfect for employer branding or the start of the sales funnel.

A video series made by Indall
As a video production company with a technical background, we understand how important it is to tell a good story well. Especially when it comes to technology or energy. With a video series, you have all the space for that. Here's how we approach it:
Introduction
We start with an introduction, online or on location. We are eager to hear what you stand for, who you want to reach, and what you want to convey with the series. Is it about recruitment, positioning, or knowledge sharing? Together we will clearly define the goals.
Pre-production
We dive deeper into your organization and audience. What makes your work unique? What tone fits the brand? And what format keeps the viewer engaged? Based on that, we develop the concept, determine the delivery structure, and think about style, atmosphere, and content.
Scripting
Each episode has a clear structure. We determine who appears on screen, what is being said, and how the series as a whole forms a single story.
Production
As soon as the script is ready, we will schedule the recordings. This can take place at the office, but also at a client's location. Another consideration is to work (partly) with animation, graphics, or stock footage.
Post-production
Everything comes together here: images, sound, animations, and titles are edited into a cohesive whole. We ensure that each episode stands on its own, but also logically fits within the series. Of course, there is room for feedback.
Delivery
The episodes are ready for publication. You will receive them in 4K and in the desired format for your platforms.
The benefits of video series
Providing perspective
With a video series, you have the luxury of multiple episodes. Ideal for shedding light on your subject from all angles. Also handy: you can target each episode to a different (sub)target audience. This way, you can be sure that your customers see what they need.
Repeat your message
Did you know that an average post on LinkedIn is seen by about 10% of followers? Sharing something just once isn't enough. With a series, you can convey your message more frequently and in different ways. This means more reach and more impact.
Building impact
With a video series, you attract viewers who stay engaged. And that is exactly when you can make an impact. Whether you want to convey that you are young, innovative, and sustainable, or rather build on years of experience: this is the moment to present your story well.
